By taking our Typical Cooking or Advanced Cooking classes, you will receive a certification upon completion. All foods used are locally grown with no chemicals, and our vendors are all certified and approved by the Thai Medical Association.

Advanced Cooking
For the chef and those interested in the medicinal benefits of Thai foods Day long course on perfecting 5 different dishes.
You will learn about the medicinal benefits of each ingredient, herb, and spice. Each dish has specific healing properties for ailments such as; high cholesterol, blood pressure, heart problems, aches and pains, diseases, and even diabetes 5000 Baht |
Classes are available [day of week and time]; please make reservations one day in advance. At the end of each class, you will also receive a Shewe Wana apron, an eco friendly shopping bag, and a recipe book with everything you need to create delicious Thai foods in your own home or restaurant.
