        • Prices are quoted in Thai bath and are on a per room per night basis.
        • The rates apply to single or double occupancy
        • The rates are inclusive of breakfast
        • There is no charge for children under 5 years old sharing the accommodation
          without extra bed, the breakfast will be charged 50% from regular rate for children
          6-8 year old sharing the accommodation with parent without extra bed.
        • Any extra bed required (maximum one person per room)
        • Maximum 2 children per room. (One child sharing existing bedding with parents,
          one child compulsory charged for extra bed)The rates are subject to change without
          notice until booking is paid in full.
        • All prices exclude 7% GST.

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE:
        • Check-in time: after 14:00 (2pm)
        • Check-out time: prior to 12:00 (12am)
        • Late check-out after 12:00am - an extra night's rate will be charged, subject to availability.
        • Minimum lengths of stay apply during special event periods, as determined by Shewe Wana
           suite boutique resort
        • Shewe Wana suite boutique resort is NON SMOKING but has outdoor balcony areas and
          ashtrays are provided for smoking.
        • Shewe Wana suite boutique resort has a maximum room configuration.

Room occupancy
        • 1 Bedroom suite = 2 persons +1 extra bed
        • 2 Bedroom suites = 4 persons+2 extra bed
        There is no charge for children under 5 years old sharing the accommodation without extra bed, the breakfast will be charged 50% from regular rate for children 6-8 year old sharing the accommodation with parent without extra bed.
        Any extra bed required (maximum one person per room)
           • For Suite resort for 1,500 baht (Including extra breakfast)
           • For Suite resort; Maximum 2 children per room. (One child sharing existing bedding with
             parents, one child compulsory charged for extra bed) 2 bedroom suites are equipped with
             queen beds.
        Selected rooms have the option to convert this Queen bed into two single beds - if the single bed configuration is required please advice your choice of bedding configuration at time of booking.

HOW TO BOOK:
        Reservations can be made on-line at www.shewewana.com or by calling +66 53 241020-22. All bookings must have 50% of the total paid by credit card or money transfer at time of booking. Photo ID will be required upon arrival, to prevent credit card fraud.

Cancellation
        Any cancellation by you must be in writing. The effective date of cancellation is when we receive written notification. If you cancel your booking, we reserve the right to deduct the following percentage:
            • 30 days or more before arrival date, there is no charge
            • 14 days or less before arrival date, there will incur 50% of deposit charges.
            • 7 days or less before arrive date, there will: 100% will incur full deposit charges

VISITORS:
        Only the registered guests up to the maximum room configurations can stay.

IDENTIFICATION:
        Adequate identification is required at time of check-in at any Shewe Wana Suite Boutique Resort, to verify your identity. A passport or other form of photo identification (ID) will be asked for prior to check-in. We require all credit card usage to be accompanied by an official Government issued ID which includes a photo and is valid at the time of your arrival. This ID may be copied and stored as record. As per our privacy policy, any personal information contained on the collected identification will not be sold, will be securely stored and carefully disposed of at the end of its usefulness.

SECURITY BOND / CREDIT CARD AUTHORISATION:
        A credit card authorization (pre-auth) will be asked for at time of check in and will be used to cover incidental items.
            • Telephone charges.
            • Any breakages or damage incurred during your stay.
            • Any excessive cleaning charges, above the normal level of cleaning, due to the room being
              left in an unacceptable state.
        We pre-authorize all credit cards upon arrival. Please note this process validates the presented credit card, and protects both the cardholder and merchant from increasing fraud incidents.
        We may pre-authorize a credit card for any charges we determine that the guest may be likely to consume during their stay. This may also include an amount to cover a security bond / deposit for damages. The pre-authorized amount is set aside by the credit card company. The pre-authorization will affect your available funds and / or spending limit. For more information on this practice we suggest the cardholder contact their card issuer.
        Once a pre-authorization has been made, we cannot release, remove or lower the authorized amount, until we process the final account on departure. This is a restriction placed on us by the bank, and cannot be negotiated.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
        In the event that a guest fails to pay immediately upon demand, any amount owing to Shewe Wana Suite Boutique Resort, pursuant to the booking and accommodation (including without limitation those incidentals such as telephone, cleaning, etc.) to Shewe Wana Suite Boutique Resort, reserves the right to deny access to the guest and ask that they vacate the premises.
        If in the event that a guest has caused damage to the property or effected other guests / occupants of the property, Shewe Wana Suite Boutique Resort reserves the right to ask that guest to leave and forfeit any monies paid, and will require the guest to pay for any damage caused.
        If a guest / occupant behave in an unacceptable or aggressive manner to other guests / occupants or Shewe Wana Suite Boutique Resort staffs and security staff, or is suspected of carrying out illegal acts on the premises, that guest / occupant will be asked to leave and the appropriate authorities will be notified. All monies paid will be forfeited.
        Shewe Wana Suite Boutique Resort is a secure environment and we do everything possible to ensure security levels are maintained, and we ask that our guests do also.
